A Dallas native, Yvette began her journey at the University of Texas at Austin before joining Freese & Goss as a legal assistant. Inspired by her early experience helping injured clients, she pursued her law degree at Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, graduating in 2014.
Since then, Yvette has built her career fighting for injured individuals nationwide. She has tried major cases in both state and federal courts, securing million-dollar verdicts against some of the biggest corporations. Recognized for her skills, she’s been named a Texas Rising Star by SuperLawyers since 2019 and was selected to the National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 in 2020.
Yvette is passionate about standing up for those facing powerful insurance companies and corporate defendants. She focuses on personal injury and mass tort cases, including car accidents, truck and motorcycle collisions, pedestrian injuries, slip and falls, and dog bites.
Outside the office, Yvette enjoys traveling, spending time with family, and relaxing with her English Bulldog.
Raised in Lubbock, Texas, Tim earned his B.B.A. from the University of North Texas before graduating cum laude from Baylor University School of Law, where he was the Casenote Editor for the Baylor Law Review and finished first in his class.
With more than 35 years of legal experience, Tim began his career in complex commercial litigation before shifting his focus to fighting for consumers and individuals. He has served as class counsel in numerous nationwide class actions, including litigation that directly led to federal legislation saving homeowners billions of dollars, and a case that secured a multi-million dollar recovery for the Attorneys General of five states.
Since co-founding Freese & Goss in 2007, Tim has dedicated himself to representing those harmed by negligence. He has handled mass torts involving dangerous drugs and medical devices, as well as catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases involving vehicle and workplace accidents. Over his career, Tim has helped clients recover over $1 billion in compensation.
